At EasyBazaar, we ensure every order is tracked, protected, and supported until it reaches your doorstep. We partner with verified sellers and trusted logistics providers to deliver fast, secure, and reliable service across Pakistan.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.), most Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities, and selected rural areas.
Exceptions: Certain remote or restricted zones (shown at checkout) and hazardous/regulated items prohibited by law.
2. Delivery Timelines
We offer clear and realistic delivery options:
- Standard Delivery — 2 to 5 working days
- Express Delivery (selected cities & premium sellers) — 24 to 48 hours
- Seller-Fulfilled Delivery — 3 to 7 working days (depends on seller location)
Order Processing: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are shown clearly at checkout.
- Flat Rate: PKR 149 – 299 nationwide
- Dynamic Rate: Based on weight, distance & courier
Free Shipping available on orders above PKR 2,999, special promotions, and selected offers.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide for your convenience.
- Pay in cash when your parcel arrives
- Please keep the exact amount ready
- We recommend confirming your order via call/WhatsApp for faster delivery
Note: Frequent order refusals without valid reason may restrict future COD facility.
5. Order Tracking
You’ll always know where your order is.
- Real-time tracking via SMS, Email & In-App
- Live status updates: Confirmed → Packed → Dispatched → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered ✅
6. Failed Delivery & Re-attempts
We make 2 delivery attempts at no extra cost. If no one is available, the parcel is returned to the seller. Re-delivery may attract additional charges.
Please provide accurate address and stay available during delivery hours.
7. Returns & Shipping Responsibility
- Seller fault (wrong, defective or damaged item) → Return shipping paid by Platform/Seller
- Your change of mind → You pay return shipping
- Damaged in transit → We handle the courier claim
8. Refunds
Refunds are processed transparently and securely with full tracking at every stage.
- Refund initiated within 24–72 hours after return approval
- Amount reflects in your account within 3–7 working days
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In rare cases of loss or damage during transit:
- Investigation starts within 5–10 working days
- We file a claim with the courier
- You will receive a replacement or full refund
10. Peak Season & Delays
During Eid, big sales, or festive periods, delivery may take 1–3 extra days. We will keep you informed whenever possible.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
11. International Shipping
We currently deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is coming soon.
